Zhongkeng technology is guided by the development and application needs of industrial catalysts, and closely follows the strategic guidance of “135 customer value innovation model” with “1 service model +3 product technology platform +5T technology” as the core. Continue to build the whole process design and development system of “molecular/atomic scale simulation → reactor and other key equipment design and scale-up → process design and optimization”. In order to develop technology oriented to the pain point of production enterprises, CTC will create industrial software products based on “data layer” → “algorithm layer” → “function layer” in the future, and integrate universal carrier and catalyst (reactor) database based on catalyst development and design. Special attention should be given to the following: The combination of reactor models, quantitative calculations, and AI algorithms will help improve the accuracy of catalytic performance descriptions.
The core value of the product lies in the reactor operation optimization, catalyst activity monitoring and life prediction required by industrial production enterprises, and the above functions have been successfully applied in enterprises. At the same time, the product also takes into account first-principle catalyst design solutions for universities/research institutes, as well as catalyst formulation optimization, catalyst preparation process optimization, catalyst regeneration optimization and customized solutions for enterprise research institutes, in order to achieve an ecological closed loop of production, study and research cycles.
