Automation technology helps manufacturing save costs and resources, and Pilmagnetic’s safe automation technology helps users on the path to sustainable production, reducing failure rates, increasing availability and productivity. In short: make factories and machines last longer. That’s why Pilmagnetic makes industrial safety a top priority and supports it through a security infrastructure in the production environment. Pielmagneto provides customers with high quality, energy efficient and environmentally friendly automation solutions – we are always concerned about resource conservation.
Product quality
Quality is our product commitment. High quality products mean fewer returns, so materials are not wasted. Of course, if the device is defective, Piermagnetic invites customers to return it. Piermagnetic’s employees can then check to what extent the defective equipment can be reused, either through repairs or by exchanging individual parts.
Returns and processing
Within the framework of the amendments to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act 2021 (ElektroG), Pielmagneto offers its customers in Germany the option of returning products at the end of their life cycle. Pierre Magnetic is also constantly working to reduce contaminants in its products.
Further recycling measures:
Recycle waste products
Recycling is prepared by the separation of waste products within our buildings.
The packaging is made of 100% recycled paper
The waste of film is minimized
Through these measures, Pilmagnetic has been able to increase the recycling rate to 95 percent.
A fully sustainable transformation
By retrofitting, “old” plants and machines that no longer meet today’s safety standards can be upgraded to the most advanced level by Piermagnetic. As a result, it can continue to operate safely and efficiently without having to scrap the entire unit and buy a new one. In this way, Pilmagnetic helps its global customers pursue sustainability, save resources and reduce waste emissions.
As an automation expert, Piermagnetic supports the entire transformation process:
