In addition, they facilitate data collection to improve equipment performance and optimize preventive maintenance. Our bearing temperature sensors are equipped with adjustable spring-loaded protective tubes that always ensure metal contact between the bearing and the sensor. This makes it ideal for monitoring temperature in applications where there is a risk of bearing overheating, such as engines, transmissions and powertrains.

Characteristics and advantages

● Compliance: Sensors can be protected up to IP67 and manufactured according to IATF 16949 to ensure fewer quality problems, lower warranty costs, longer service life and continuous improvement processes.

● Quality: All designs are based on Pt 100 / Pt 1000 / NTC technology, and the sensor tube and sheath are made of stainless steel AISI 316Ti.

● Reliability: spring-loaded, self-adjusting tubes ensure metal contact between bearings and sensors at all times. Temperature range -50 ~ 200°C.

● High performance: the temperature sensing element of the sensor is located at the end of the protective tube, which can achieve rapid response to temperature changes and shorten response time.

● Robustness: Solderless integrated stainless steel housing ensures low service costs based on life expectancy (fewer maintenance intervals) and longer service life (for MBT 2310 and MBT 3310).
