Accelerating the implementation of unified standards and unified architecture, and establishing four major consensus is the key
Through the continuous promotion of intelligent coal mine construction, China is accelerating the construction of a variety of types and different models of intelligent demonstration coal mines, and the initial formation of coal mine development design, geological support, production, safety and other main links of information transmission, automated operation technology system. The construction of intelligent demonstration coal mine not only puts forward new requirements for the construction of unified standards and unified architecture covering the whole industry, but also accumulates rich practical experience for the construction of unified standards and unified architecture.
We believe that in the process of coal mine intelligence, in order to achieve a unified standard and a unified structure, the coal industry should reach a consensus at the following four levels:
First of all, the essence of smart mines is the industrial Internet. The goal of building smart mines is to support a unified platform and architecture, improve the intrinsic safety of coal mines, and ultimately achieve fewer people and no one. Therefore, under the industrial Internet architecture, the coal mining industry should closely connect equipment, production lines, factories, suppliers, products and customers, open up the information flow, and achieve unmanned and intelligent.
Secondly, the core of intelligent mining lies in the establishment of a unified architecture of the coal mining industry Internet platform. The coal mine industrial Internet platform is the result of the deep integration of new ICT technology and the actual business of the coal mine industry. This integration needs to be based on the digital platform and the Internet of Things platform, and through joining hands with industrial applications and equipment partners, open up cross-system business data flow and production data, and build digital twins.
On the one hand, we need to rely on the open intelligent ecology of coal mine, promote the interoperability of data between different systems, and design and develop intelligent systems on the basis of data sharing. On the other hand, it is necessary to define a unified data interface and data format for different coal mining equipment to build a common functional platform, develop coal mining industry Internet APP applications, achieve systematic optimization of industry digital resource allocation, and improve industry efficiency.
Third, the key to the coal mine industrial Internet platform is to establish a unified coal mine Internet of Things operating system. A unified Internet of Things operating system can provide unified access standards and specifications for a variety of coal mining equipment and massive sensors, which can replace the current seven-country eight-system operating system, but also through a unified interface, unified data format, simplified interconnection, to achieve super interconnection of mining equipment.
With the help of soft bus technology, coal mining enterprises can realize real-time online data collection and synchronization with equipment and system data in any network scenario. Therefore, the establishment of the Internet of Things operating system will bring the coal mine into the era of the Internet of everything and create a solid foundation for the intelligent construction of the coal mine.
In this way, coal mining enterprises can further form a set of coal mine material connection and data standards through the standard agreement framework, and ultimately import all data into a unified “data lake” to provide strong support for data value mining. At the same time, coal mining equipment enterprises can also use the Internet of Things operating system to more easily achieve intelligent upgrading, synchronization and collaboration between equipment, and support application partners to achieve data interoperability, intelligent development, and application release.
Fourth, the coal industry needs more digital talent. With the continuous advancement of the construction of intelligent mines, the coal mining industry urgently needs to strengthen the construction of digital professionals through training and actual combat, and gradually improve the digital literacy of coal mining personnel, so as to give full play to the maximum value of intelligent systems.
At present, the coal mining industry through the introduction of cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, digital twin and other technologies, is digitizing and instrumentalizing the existing safety production procedures and practical experience, and gradually replicated to the whole industry; On this basis, the construction of a unified standard and a unified framework will further eliminate the digital divide in the coal industry.
