As an industry pioneer leading the development of collaborative robots, DUCO has always adhered to the needs of customers as the orientation, the development of products and functions to meet the application of scenarios, promote more collaborative robot application scenarios, and help the “robot +” era.
In February this year, the Doke Cooperative robot officially released the 25kg large-load cooperative robot GCR25-1800, as the new member of the Doke ® cooperative robot G series with the largest load, its product positioning is to respond to the application needs of large working radius, high load and fast beat palletizing scene. At the same time, it fills the market gap of 25kg cooperative robots in China and provides more imaginative space for the application market of cooperative robots.
Industrialization of collaborative robot
The DOke GCR25-1800 cooperative robot further exploits the advantages of the cooperative robot in terms of performance. On the basis of its own weight control of 61KG, it achieves 25kg load capacity, 1800 mm ultra-long working radius and ±0.05 mm repeated positioning accuracy. It meets the urgent needs of collaborative applications in basic industrial scenarios such as heavy load handling, packaging and palletizing. At the same time, the maximum speed of the end reaches 2.5m/s, and the production rhythm of the end user is increased by 20% compared with the past, and the production efficiency of the user is comprehensively improved.
Rapid deployment lives up to expectations
In addition to the lack of production flexibility of traditional industrial robots, there are also difficult deployment problems. A big part of the advantage of cobots is also their ease of deployment. The GCR25-1800 cobot also lives up to its expectations, being extremely flexible and easy to deploy.
The new DUCOCORE operating system is adopted, and its configuration is BoxPallet pallet package for palletizing scene, pallet program fixed flow configuration, simple parameter selection and filling, specified point setting, rapid deployment implementation. It reduces the difficulty of traditional robot program configuration, reduces the professional skill requirements of users, and improves the rate of program configuration, which solves the fast tangential problem of users’ small-batch and multi-variety flexible production.
Palletizing package configuration
In order to improve the efficiency of users and avoid the failure of palletizing due to configuration errors, the robot path accessibility check function is added in the configuration process.
Based on the excellent performance of GCR25-1800, the palleting scenario can be applied to most of the national standard, European standard and American standard pallets, and the maximum pallet size can reach 1200mm×1100mm. According to the actual use of users, the first deployment only takes about 1 hour, the carton/pallet/stack configuration only takes 10 minutes, and the average can achieve 8 pieces/minute, and the return on investment cycle is less than 6 months.
Deep farming palletizing cooperation and win-win
DUCO Doco is continuing to deepen the application of palletizing industry, and in-depth cooperation with industry partners, relying on DUCO’s technical reserves and research and development capabilities, to provide end customers with turnkey mode palletizing workstation products. Excellent application interaction, extremely fast application deployment, and extremely short payback period make palletizing an extremely light job.
