At the beginning of the resumption of work on February 10, when many companies were still distressed that employees could not return to work on time, this fully automated production line of DTRO membrane components, the first in the world in the environmental protection industry, was running at full capacity. Production line daily output of 400 to 500 film components, production capacity than the industry’s common manual assembly method increased by 10 times, labor reduced by 98%, cost reduced by nearly 50%, pass rate reached 99.99%, to solve the problem of product production scale, standardization and transportation.
The main role of employees in this “unmanned factory” is only to sit in the two “strongest brains” of the production command center and the project operation data center. Two to three professional engineers can easily complete the control of the whole life cycle of the product, realize the data management of materials, planning, production, equipment, procurement, warehousing, logistics, etc., and form the full life cycle control of production control, process monitoring, product traceability, and big data analysis.
“The DTRO reverse osmosis membrane column is the core component of the water pollution treatment equipment, and the assembly accuracy is down to the micron level, and the manual inspection time takes 6 minutes even for trained workers, but now the machine inspection takes only 0.6 seconds.” Shi Tao introduced.
In the era of industrial Internet, smart factories put forward higher requirements for traditional automation integration, not only to understand automation, but also to understand information, to provide smart factory/intelligent manufacturing overall solutions.
