Qianjiang Century City Asian Games Village Corridor is The 19th Asian Games Hangzhou Village underground comprehensive corridor. As the largest pipe corridor network in Hangzhou, it is also one of the most complete underground integrated pipe corridor systems in the country with a total length of 21.5 kilometers. It is an underground integrated pipe corridor integrating various pipelines such as gas, electricity, water supply and communication.
The demonstration section of the Asian Games Village Integrated Pipeline Corridor project takes Pinglan Road as the axis, and seven underground integrated pipeline corridors are laid out in Qianjiang Century City, forming a pattern of “four horizontal and three vertical”, which is an important infrastructure and “lifeline” to ensure the operation of the Asian Games Village area. The highly reliable PLC products independently developed by the central control technology participated in the project deeply with excellent technical solutions and on-site implementation capabilities.

Because the integrated pipe corridor is underground, the interior is wet, and contains a lot of automobile exhaust and dust, high requirements are put forward for the environmental adaptability, stability and reliability of the control system. According to the requirements and the characteristics of the field environment, the whole line adopts the independently developed PLC series products, mainly the GCS-G3 system, realizing the application of 54 sets of the whole machine, 7899 IO points or more, and 1536 communication control equipment, realizing the real-time monitoring and control of the pipe corridor environment and equipment, and fully guaranteeing the safe operation of the major pipelines in the area. It provided a strong guarantee for the 19th Asian Games held in Hangzhou.

Reliable and stable
In order to meet the requirements of anti-corrosion and environmental adaptability, the central control technology PLC products used in the Asian Games Village integrated pipe Corridor demonstration section project support G3 anti-corrosion, wide temperature of -40~75℃, working humidity ≤90% (no condensation), EMC 3B anti-electromagnetic interference capability and 2G acceleration anti-vibration capability. Through the high reliability and high environmental adaptability of these products, the control and monitoring function of the whole pipe corridor is realized, which ensures the reliability and stability of the pipe corridor system.
Safety management
The tube corridor is equipped with a fire zone and substation, supporting real-time industrial Ethernet ring network, the bus rate is not less than 100M or 1000M, with strong inter-station communication, rapid interaction between different substations, and centralized monitoring and remote control of substations and fire zones, improving the efficiency and accuracy of safety management.
Intelligent operation and maintenance
Through the centralized control and monitoring function of the central control technology PLC system, it can obtain the operating status, parameter information and fault alarm data of the pipeline in real time, support hot swap, support online replacement of equipment and configuration download, no battery design, and the program and data are not lost for a long time, which is convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to timely maintenance and processing.
The successful application of central control technology PLC in the Asian Games Village integrated pipe corridor demonstration section project has effectively solved the problem of urban traffic congestion. It not only has the effect of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, but also reduces the maintenance cost of multiple road renovations and engineering pipelines, ensuring the integrity of the road surface and the durability of various pipelines.
