Prior to joining UAO, Mr. Xu worked in The automation industry in China and Asia Pacific for many years, holding key executive positions at companies such as Festo Greater China and The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Xu has more than 20 years of working experience in a wide range of fields, and has accumulated rich experience and industry insights on business strategy, management and operation, and business development in the Chinese market.
