In terms of carrying weight, the Thor3 robot is aimed at small assembly scenarios, with 3kg load capacity, smaller size, more flexible operating space, and can be easily placed on the desktop for use. Thor7 can meet the load capacity of 7kg, more extensive application scenarios, suitable for loading and unloading, assembly and other links. In terms of large loads, Siling also launched the Thor12 robot, which has a high load capacity of 12kg and a longer arm span, and has comprehensive application capabilities of handling, assembly and palletizing.

In order to meet the needs of high-precision production scenarios in compact space such as grinding, fine assembly and constant force control, Thor series has been comprehensively upgraded and Thor7 Pro product has been launched. The biggest feature of this product is that it is equipped with 6-DOF joint force control technology, has smaller dead weight and small-diameter base, occupies a smaller area, and can realize fast and flexible layout in compact scenarios. In terms of performance, the Thor7 Pro has TCP speeds up to 2.5m/s and is equipped with a high-precision torque sensor that gives it an accuracy of 0.5N. In addition, Thor7 Pro is equipped with variable damping and stiffness to meet different task scenarios such as grinding and assembly. In terms of safety, Thor7 Pro is equipped with highly sensitive collision detection and motion control intelligent algorithm capabilities to achieve extreme safety and sensitivity.
