— B&R Q&A community officially launched
Fan Huifang, B&R China Technical Support and training Manager, shared the changes in the current manufacturing service model, from the product design stage, development stage, mass production stage, to the field stage, more and more enterprises have put forward intelligent and information requirements for supplier services. In response to these market trends, B&R Q & A community was officially launched, which includes two versions of mobile wechat mini programs and PC web pages, covering official answers and user help answers, so that engineers can reach them anytime, anywhere, conveniently and quickly, and for a variety of personalized questions. In the future, the B&R community will not only include this Q&A community, but also add more rich content and functional sections such as B&R Alliance, learning center, download center, field service and product return processing, creating an innovative B&R industrial ecosystem.
