In order to enhance the ability of industrial and information quality management, promote the innovative application of quality technology, improve the level of product reliability, and timely discover, summarize and promote a number of advanced experience with strong demonstration, we are organizing the selection of typical cases of industrial and information quality improvement in 2023. Notice of relevant matters is as follows:
1. Direction of solicitation
(1) Quality management capability
Enterprises implement GB/T 19000, GB/T 19004, GB/T 19024 and other advanced standards, establish an advanced quality management system, accelerate the digitization of quality management, constantly improve quality improvement capabilities, and achieve effective improvement of quality and efficiency. Directions of solicitation include:
1. Effectiveness of quality management system. Establish the quality concept of pursuing excellence, ensure the effective operation of GB/T19000 quality management system, play the role of the top manager of the enterprise, optimize the quality organization system and control mode, mobilize all staff to participate in quality improvement, and constantly improve the quality management ability of the solution.
