Integrating digital technologies to unlock more potential in the industrial scene

During the exhibition, Schneider Electric Business Value Institute shared the insight report “Towards a first-class Customer-centric supply chain – Lean, Resilient, Green and Digital” jointly produced by Tsinghua University Global Common Development Institute. In view of the supply chain management challenges commonly faced by Chinese enterprises, the report puts forward the “optimal solution” of supply chain transformation and upgrading with great guiding significance and deployment value, aiming to provide path guidance for enterprises’ supply chain construction.
