Lithium battery high-speed module assembly intelligent scheme

Large package loading is the first process of lithium battery/energy storage battery module line, using Eston customized heavy load SCARA robot ER50-1200-SR, Eston heavy load ER280-3200 six-axis robot and Eston complete set of vision solutions, to achieve visual positioning and two-dimensional code recognition of incoming battery cells. Complete the bottom cleaning and the battery line of the process.

50KG heavy duty SCARA robot: ER50-1200-SR has a higher beat, J3 joint’s original two-bar composite structure, stable high-speed operation and high accuracy, ER280-3200 repeatable high precision ±0.06mm, high sensitivity collision detection, timely collision stop, minimizing damage to the robot and its surrounding.
