Honeywell recently announced a partnership with Shanghai WAIGaoqiao Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Waigaoqiao Group Co., LTD.”) and signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Senlan Waigaoqiao Business Operation Center Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Waigaoqiao Group. In the early stage, we will cooperate to build the Sunland International Headquarters Building (hereinafter referred to as “Sunland International”) and Ascott Sunland Serviced Residences (hereinafter referred to as “Ascott Apartments”) in the Sunland Outer High Bridge area to promote the energy-saving renovation of existing buildings, and jointly create a low-carbon smart demonstration project.

According to the agreement, Honeywell will build a customized smart building operation management platform for Waigaoqiao Group, leveraging its mature solutions in the field of smart buildings and deep experience in digital operations. The two sides will also cooperate to build energy-saving renovation demonstration projects of existing office and apartment buildings – Sunland International and Ascott Apartments, create a pilot area of digital energy carbon management [1], realize the full life cycle operation and maintenance management of smart building scenes, and bring more benefits to enterprises, office workers and society while improving the comfort and experience of buildings.
