Strong universality clears the way for zero-carbon factories to be created on the fast track
The “Zero-carbon Factory Creation and Evaluation Specifications based on blockchain” released this time was jointly developed by Schneider Electric and more than 80 national and international enterprises and research institutions from various industries, including the China Standardization Association, China Mobile Communications Co., LTD. Research Institute, and Fangyuan Mark Certification Group Co., LTD. It is based on theory + practice, from the management system, monitoring accounting and reporting verification, emission reduction actions, emission reduction performance, producer responsibility extension of five dimensions, to prepare a practical creation system. In the process of writing, benchmarking enterprises that have cooperated with Schneider Electric in the field of energy conservation and carbon reduction also actively participated, including Wanbang Digital Energy, Longi Green Energy, Midea Group, etc. Many enterprises and industry experts have conducted in-depth and rigorous discussions on the focus issues of enhancing universality and standardization, and ensured that the standard is more applicable to the industry while standardizing the creation and digital management process of zero-carbon factories.
Based on the evaluation system of the standard, the factory can be divided into four levels: basic level, standard level, excellent level, and excellent level, providing a clear, clear and quantifiable reference standard for enterprises to create zero-carbon factories. In the rating process, the standard introduced blockchain technology for the first time, which realized the cloud and chain of key raw data and rating results, ensured the authenticity and integrity of the data, solved the problem of difficult carbon data traceability and low credibility in the evaluation process of zero-carbon factories, and laid a solid foundation for the mutual recognition of certification results at home and abroad.
The establishment and promotion of this standard can guide all sectors of society to realize the important role played by digital means in the creation, evaluation and operation of zero-carbon factories, effectively promote the promotion of the new development model of “zero-carbon + digital”, and let more social forces participate in the work of realizing the “two-carbon goal”.
