The quality management ability of manufacturing enterprises is divided into five levels from low to high: experience level, inspection level, assurance level, prevention level and excellence level.

Among them, “quality management system effectiveness” helps enterprises to clarify the focus and direction of quality management at each stage, and guides enterprises to continuously improve their quality management level; “Digital Quality Management” focuses on the digital integration application of key aspects of quality management such as R & D design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, and helps enterprises realize the integration application of new generation information technology and total quality management; “Capacity for Sustained Success” focuses on the company’s ability to continuously improve its ability to meet the needs and expectations of all relevant parties through strategic leadership, cultural support, performance analysis and evaluation in response to complex, challenging and changing environments; “Quality performance” can help enterprises to quantitatively analyze and evaluate their own management ability, and also provide an important basis for quality policy research and policy implementation effect evaluation.

How can companies participate in the assessment? According to the “Evaluation Standards”, the process mainly consists of the following three steps: The first step is enterprise self-assessment. Enterprises can carry out self-assessment according to the “evaluation Standards” manufacturing enterprise quality management ability evaluation index system, or log in to the “Manufacturing enterprise Quality Management Ability self-assessment system”, conduct self-evaluation according to the system prompts, and upload relevant supporting evidence; The second step is the third-party organization assessment. For enterprises assessed as “prevention level” and “excellent level” by the third party, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organizes an expert team to conduct on-site review to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation results.
