On October 8, Guangzhou Zhongwang Longtang Software Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongwang Software”) announced the acquisition of British veteran commercial fluid simulation software developer Concentration,Heat and Momentum Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CHAM”) by way of wholly-owned holding.

After the completion of the acquisition, Zhongwang Software will own all the source code and core technology of the fluid simulation software PHOENICS of CHAM, and its R&D and business teams in the UK and Japan will also join Zhongwang Software to provide services to PHOENICS customers around the world. At this point, Zhongwang officially entered the field of commercial fluid simulation, accelerating the creation of Zhongwang multi-disciplinary and multi-physics simulation solutions covering structure, electromagnetic and fluid.
