Systematic linkage
Connectivity must be easy to implement: With IO-Link Safety, the first non-proprietary, standardized functional safety communication system has matured on the market. Pielmagneto will present its IO-Link Safety system solution for the first time in Nuremberg. As one of the first manufacturers, Pielmagneto will present a complete solution that includes master stations, field equipment and compatible accessories. This one-stop system solution simplifies applications and is the ideal starting point for IO-Link security technology, as well as the perfect complement to existing IO-Link products.
Peel Magnetic also uses an automation solution with the Safety over EtherCAT protocol. With the new FSoE communication module, the future security small controller PNOZmulti 2 can act as the FSoE master station to communicate with the security radar sensor PSENradar and the PMC security driver technology (both with FSoE capabilities).
Expert knowledge in mechanical safety and information security
Following the publication of the new Machinery Regulations, more and more questions are being asked about the practical implications of the regulations for design engineers and machinery market operators, as well as the impact of future safety on machinery safety-related assessments. Experts from Piermagnetic will address these issues, as well as other new developments in standards and technology, during an expert discussion at the Automation booth. During the three days of the exhibition, Piermagnetic will hold a series of lectures on mechanical safety and information security.
Innovation in secure internal logistics
Another focus of Pielmagneto is solutions in the field of internal logistics and Automated Guided Vehicle Systems (AGVS). Peel Magnetic will use a model of an autonomous guided vehicle to illustrate how it can be fully protected. In Nuremberg, the company will highlight its comprehensive safety solutions for the Free Navigation mobile platform, including the PNOZmulti 2, a small safety controller with new capabilities for synchronous monitoring and dynamic zone switching, the PSENscan, a secure laser scanner for production zone monitoring, and various signalling devices.
In addition, NAiSE will be showcasing its traffic and order management software, which is available to all internal logistics users, at the Pierre Magnetic booth. NAiSE Traffic provides accurate, real-time positioning for efficient implementation of AGV applications.
The 75th anniversary of Piercy
In 2023, the automation company will celebrate its 75th birthday. “Pilmagnetic is constantly changing. In all periods of transformation, one thing is common, and that is the joy of innovation. We hope that at SPS 2023 people will experience this joy, “added Kunschert.
Visitors to SPS 2023 will not only receive information on the latest innovations, but also learn about the milestones Piermagnetic has set throughout the company’s history.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Pierre Magnetic booth at SPS Hall 9, 370, to experience the automation technology of the future.
