The JAKA Zu 5 collaborative robot integrates a force sensor and a JAKA Lens 2D camera to grab and assemble pins on a movable assembly platform.

The application for aging, fewer children in the social background of domestic care, health service issues, people-oriented, using robots to clean the bathroom for nurses, maintain the self-esteem of the elderly, and with multi-posture, multi-functional cleaning and UV kill excellent product performance, to ensure the user’s health and safety. At the same time, the application supports ultra-long power life, charging 8 hours, driving 16 kilometers, helping the flexible and intelligent evolution of welfare undertakings.
In addition, the JAKA Smart Factory offline programming platform was also popular at the exhibition. The application supports offline programming and offline teaching, simplifies the simulation process by importing CAD, realtime grasp the robot’s operation status, reshapes the user’s human-computer interaction experience, and escorts human-computer safety cooperation with collision detection, reflecting the human-oriented technology context of the card saving robot.
