Multi-scene coverage, to help the industrial “low-carbon + digital” dual transformation
With the acceleration of the “dual carbon” goal, industrial enterprises need to have more choices in the landing plan of carbon emission reduction. Therefore, in the second quarter of the “Green Intelligent Manufacturing Win Plan”, the six challenging and universal application scenarios meet the two major demands of “low-carbon and digital transformation” of industrial enterprises from different dimensions. In the final presentation session, 10 participating companies demonstrated a total of 11 high-quality, landing PoC solutions to customers and judges in turn for their respective scenarios:
• Power plant personnel active safety management platform: Based on UWB high-precision positioning technology, to create a comprehensive solution for power plant personnel active safety management.
• Predictive maintenance of key equipment in the cement industry: For key parts of key host equipment in the cement industry, data-driven models are established according to key parameters and predictive maintenance verification is carried out.
• Snack food industry APS and scheduling system: Distribute to each factory according to sales orders, optimize order scheduling and scheduling according to factory capacity.
• Digital hopper wheel stacker and reclaimer unmanned control system: Develop the unmanned control system of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer, use the 3D scanning system to transmit control instructions for PLC, and schedule the on-site stacker to automatically complete the stacking and reclaimer work.
• Predictive maintenance of key equipment in the food and beverage industry: For key production equipment in the food and beverage industry, predict the health status of the equipment according to key parameters, and prompt predictive maintenance.
• Digital carbon management solutions for factories and industrial parks: Design carbon neutral/carbon reduction solutions for factories and parks with the goal of carbon neutrality, and use digital solutions to continuously manage carbon assets, carbon footprint and carbon emissions.
Taking the scenario of “predictive maintenance of key equipment in the cement industry” as an example, the final PoC scheme takes “low-carbon, digital, people-oriented, sustainable development” as the keyword to improve the equipment management level, improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon consumption, and improve the digital level of cement enterprise data capture. Reduce the number of abnormal downtime caused by equipment anomalies through predictive maintenance, and help the cement industry resist potential production risks and improve operational resilience through predictive maintenance solutions.
3Schneider Electric’s “Green Intelligent Manufacturing Win Plan” started in 2020 and has completed 2 seasons of activities
In the first “Green Intelligent Manufacturing Win Plan” in 2020, Schneider Electric integrates the power of the ecosystem to help the implementation of future-oriented innovative solutions, opening a new chapter of tripartite joint innovation. In 2021, with the joining of more partners, the landing of more joint venture programs, and the incubation of more small and medium-sized enterprises, the “Green intelligent Manufacturing Win Plan” will provide more scenes and stages for innovative technology enterprises closely integrated with industry. Digitalization is inseparable from the “circle of friends”, and innovation needs a circle of friends. Schneider Electric looks forward to the government, industry, education, research and use of all walks of life to join hands, relying on the “Green intelligent Manufacturing Win Plan” platform, gather everyone’s strengths, gather ecological power, promote industrial digital transformation and development, towards a green sustainable digital future.
