The SQRAM 5600 series is lightning fast, with bandwidths ranging from 8GB to 48GB and beyond, and data transfer rates are staggering, far exceeding industry standards. In addition, it has undergone rigorous laboratory testing and supports a wide temperature operating range of -40 to 95 °C to ensure stable and reliable product operation. 5600 MT/s super high speed, 24GB&48GB super capacity

For most industrial applications, the pursuit of faster and more efficient performance, as well as high speed and large capacity, remains a top priority. The SQRAM DDR5 5600 series features 13th generation Intel® Core™ processors that deliver up to 5600MT/s transmission performance. In addition, AIDA64 Memory Benchmark v6.70 test, read/write speed increased by 20% compared to the previous generation 4800MT/s.

The bandwidth of this memory architecture is 50% higher than DDR4, and with the increasing number of CPU cores per CPU, the efficiency is also improved, helping to alleviate the problem of bandwidth strain per processor core. In addition, the new DDR5-5600 DIMMs are available in 24GB and 48GB capacities and feature a 3Gbx8 IC (an upgrade from the previous generation’s 2Gbx8 IC), providing greater capacity and more cost effectiveness to run multiple applications simultaneously without worrying about running out of memory resources.
