At present, more than half of the countries and regions in the world use Beidou, and more and more people’s lives are more convenient, safer, more efficient and more accurate because of Beidou. Beidou has entered the standard system of international organizations such as civil aviation, maritime and mobile communications, and is accelerating its integration into the international industrial system. In November 2022, during the Wuzhen Summit of the World Internet Conference, the exhibition event of “Working Together to Build a Network Space Destiny Community Boutique Case” was held, including 12 cases such as “Beidou System Serves the World and benefits Mankind – Working together to Build a Space and Time Network Destiny Community”.
“Neng Global”, “EU Research Data Cross-border Flow Practice”, “Asian Digital Art Exhibition”... The emergence of many outstanding cases shows that the concept of building a community of shared future in cyberspace has been gradually implemented around the world.
The Wuzhen Summit witnessed the proposal and deepening of the concept of building a community of shared future in cyberspace, which has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
The building of a community with a shared future in cyberspace reflects a deep understanding of the laws governing the development of human society in the information age, and has won universal recognition and positive response from the international community.
From concept papers to action initiatives, and then to practical cases, the ideological consensus is gradually translated into concrete action. Relying on the Wuzhen Summit of the World Internet Conference, the beautiful picture of countries working together for global Internet development and building a community of shared future in cyberspace can be clearly seen:
In 2017, at the Fourth World Internet Conference, China, Egypt, Laos, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and other countries jointly launched the Belt and Road Initiative for International Cooperation on Digital Economy.
