The ADIO Series remote I/O relay boxes transmit various input and output signals between the master station, such as a PC or PLC, and the slave device, including sensors and actuators.
IO-Link master ADIO-ILD can exchange signals from slave devices (IO-Link, standard I/O) to industrial networking protocols (EtherCAT, EtherNET/IP, PROFINET).
The relay boxes also feature IP67 and IP69K protection grades for increased durability.
Main function
Superior communication protocol: EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET
• Lower communication protocol: IO-Link ver.1.1 (Port level: Class A)
• Shell material: zinc die casting
• Protection class: IP67,IP69K (EtherCAT communication type)
• Daisy chain connection (network communication and power supply voltage)
• Maximum output current of each port: 2A
•I/O port Settings and status monitoring (cable short/disconnect, connection status, etc.)
IO-Link Master remote I/O trunk box
The ADIO series can be used to exchange subdevice signals, including IO-Link communication and standard I/O to EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET communication.
Daisy chain structure, easy connection
The power supply and network communication are connected in Daisy chain mode for easy maintenance and cable connection.
Support push-pull plug type
The ADIO series supports both standard and push-pull connectors for easier connection and maintenance.
[Standard connector type]
[push-pull plug type]
Zinc die-cast housing with IP67, IP69K protection grade
The zinc die-cast housing provides excellent impact resistance, and the IP67, IP69K protective construction provides stable and unerring operation even in wet or dusty environments.
*IP69K is only available for EtherCAT communication type models
IOLink specific software available
atIOLink is a comprehensive IO-Link management software that allows users to easily set up, diagnose and manage IO-Link devices from a PC without having to connect to a PLC.
Cable connection diagnosis
The ADIO series can detect the connection status of industrial network communication cables and I/O cables.
Supports IP address setting
In EtherNet/IP and PROFINET models, the IP address can be manually set using a rotary switch without the need to connect to a PC.
Application case
Machine tool industry | machine tool
Remote I/O relay boxes can be used to transmit I/O signals in machine tools.
Automotive industry | Auto parts manufacturing
Remote I/O trunks can be used in dusty and oily environments.
Food/beverage manufacturing | Transport conveyors
Remote I/O trunks can be used to transmit I/O signals on the transmission line, with simpler wiring and better anti-interference ability.
Integrated IO-Link management software atIOLink is Autonics’ exclusive port Device Configuration tool (PDCT). atIOLink software can be used to set up, diagnose and maintain IO-Link master and IO-Link slave devices with an intuitive and user-friendly graphical user interface.
Main function
• Port of the IO-Link master station
– Easily monitor connected devices and set port action modes and functions
• Parameter Settings of the IO-Link secondary device
– When the IODD file is available, the parameter Settings defined in the IODD file can be used to change the IO-Link device parameters
– When the IODD file is not available, you can use the indexes and subindexes defined in the IO-Link device to change the IO-Link device parameters
• Real-time monitoring of IO-Link devices
– Real-time monitoring of IO-Link device input/output process data
• Maintain IO-Link devices
1) Data storage
– IO-Link device parameters can be saved in the IO-Link master station
– The data storage function can be used when connecting multiple devices or replacing IO-Link devices
2) Restore factory Settings
– The IO-Link device can be restored to factory Settings
