On November 24, 2023, based on more than 20 years of successful experience in the servo industry, after more than a year of efforts, Leisai Intelligence successfully developed FM1 series high-density frameless motor and micro servo drive, promote the development of humanoid robots and other industries, and help customers to import substitution and upgrade cost reduction.
FM1 series frameless motor adopts multi-slot pole optimization fixed rotor design and Japanese vacuum potting process, with eight highlights and three core advantages, generally reaching the world’s first-class technical level.
FM1 series is the world’s best frameless motor peer, with high torque density, high power density, small size, light weight, large rotor diameter, small heat, small torque fluctuation and many other advantages.
FM1 develops and designs for application scenarios and user pain points in industries such as collaboration and humanoid robots, provides seven standard frame sizes such as 25/38/50/60/70/85/115mm, and can also optimize and customize motor sizes and electrical parameters according to customer needs.
At the same time, Leiser launched the LD3mini micro servo drive to match the FM1 frame-less motor, the power covers 50W/200W/400W/750W, with E-bus interface, the fastest 125 microsecond bus cycle, three-loop vector control, high and low frequency vibration suppression and other advanced functions. Leiser can also provide customized servo drives and hollow encoders according to the relevant needs of customers, in order to best match the needs of customers and obtain the ultimate servo effect.
Since 2018, Leisai has been working in the robot industry, including AGV/AMR and collaborative robots, selling tens of thousands of servo motors and drives every year, and successfully developing high-performance toroidal drives for collaborative robot customers. The FM1 frameless motor and LD3mini driver released this time are mainly for the joint parts of humanoid robots and collaborative robots; Industry-leading hollow cup motors and servo drive modules will be introduced later, targeting emerging markets such as humanoid robotic smart hands, medical instruments, and aerospace.
FM1 frameless motor and micro drive are entering the trial production and marketing stage: it is expected to provide prototypes for target customers in December for testing and selection, enter small batch production in January, and enter mass production and sales in March.
