If the CNC system is shut down or the five-axis linkage is not opened, it will seriously affect the use of CNC machine tools. The CNC machine tool industry is a technology-intensive industry, is the formation of multi-disciplinary cross, penetration, the need for in-depth research and innovation, and through innovative technology management and implementation methods, long-term technology accumulation, in order to form its own core technology.
For a long time, China’s high-end five-axis CNC machine tools rely heavily on imports, the main reason is that its development needs to have first-class precision machine tool design and manufacturing technology, and can be realized in close cooperation with cutting-edge CNC technology, and the formation of core technology research and development and industrialization ability is extremely difficult. Although the domestic Huazhong CNC and Guangzhou CNC currently have the ability to produce five-axis five-linkage, and have been able to put into use, and Siemens, Fanuc’s five-linkage system closed, can only produce four-linkage. There is still a big gap with Germany’s Siemens and Japan’s Fanuc in surface and other technologies.
Affected by the international turmoil, some overseas countries have strengthened the technical control of our country and enhanced the security of the system, and there is a risk that the system will be locked at any time, such as the positioning system installed inside the imported equipment, if the enterprise changes the location of the equipment or produces other products without the record, the equipment may be locked at any time. Domestic, especially aerospace systems and other industries related to national security, can not use foreign equipment, so there is still a long way to go in the breakthrough of enterprise technology issues.
Key hardware and high-end CNC machine tools still need to be imported
In terms of hardware, the core functional parts such as turntable, tool store, tool tower and gear box and the transmission parts such as guide rail, lead screw and bearing are mainly imported or overseas brands, among which, the mechanical spindle precision bearings are mainly from FAG/INA and NSK and other brands under the Schaeffler group in Germany. The stability of the supply of imported products will have a greater impact on the business development of enterprises.
Due to the domestic and foreign technical level of a certain gap, if the enterprise will use all the core components of the domestic brand products, for the enterprise, its high-end CNC lathe precision level, precision stability, accuracy retention will have a certain impact, and then affect the sales of high-end CNC lathe.
The machine tool consumer market has a trend of high-end development, the market demand for low-end machine tools is shrinking, the overcapacity of low-end CNC machine tools and the lack of supply of high-end CNC machine tools have led to structural imbalance on the supply side. Global high-end CNC machine tool leading enterprises are mainly concentrated in Germany, Japan and the United States, its product categories more and earlier development, whether in processing performance, processing accuracy or industrial chain integrity compared to the domestic high-end CNC machine tool manufacturers have obvious advantages, the formation of product customization, supporting services, scale of operation and other barriers. China’s high-end CNC machine tools can not fully meet the application needs of downstream customers, and the space for localized development is still large.
