In modern society, the life of urban people is busy and rushing about, and they lack opportunities and ways to stop and rest. With “healing” becoming the common appeal of people, getting close to the countryside and nature has become the first choice of many people. Combined with the promotion of the national rural revitalization plan in recent years, the rural culture and ecology have been revitalized, and the healing homesays that show the rural scenery and integrate modern style and quality of life have become a good place for people to get close to nature, relax and “cure” their busy life.
At the foot of Jinyun Mountain in Chongqing, a newly built guesthouse named “Cloud Residence” is waiting for visitors to open the door and step into the courtyard to feel how this guesthouse will heal the feeling of life and heal the heart into all aspects of life. Deep into the subtleties of customer experience, Schneider Electric Landscape series switch sockets with a unique texture and experience, allowing everyone to “open” a healing journey from the details.
Cloud stay Homestay, Jinyun Mountain healing place
Born and raised in Chongqing, Huang Huang is the director of Yunzhu Homestay, but he is better known as an interior designer, florist and “life family”. Over the past 20 years, Huang Huang’s work has been closely related to space design. He likes to think about the relationship between design and lifestyle. He also believes that the healing experience of homestays is inseparable from design.
The former site of the Yun Residence is a century-old courtyard with several traditional earth-rammed wall buildings. At present, it is very rare to have such a complete earth rammed wall building preserved in Chongqing and even southwest China. Huang Huang had a clear idea for the design of homestas at the beginning: “Maximize the retention of the old courtyard style, let the cultural precipitation blend with the surrounding natural landscape, and let the soul return to the purity of the countryside.” At the same time, life in a healing home should be modern and in line with the habits of urban people.”
Under this concept, Yunju Homestay finally presents a new Chinese style combining rural and modern style, and plans a series of living function Spaces such as guest rooms, rural canteen, local coffee, ancient tea room, research classroom and rural library. But what really makes Yunzhu heal people is not only its external functional layout, but also the core of its “five senses healing”, that is, through space design and lifestyle construction, it helps people draw positive energy from the five sensory experiences of vision, touch, hearing, taste and smell.
Approaching Yunju, stepping into the yard, the color and texture of the earth rammed wall are like natural growth from the mountains and fields, giving people a comfortable visual impression. Even indoors, Huang Huang, who has always been adept at using a variety of colors, did not add too much ink to the color scheme. Hard clothing is mostly local materials from loess, logs, raw stones, plants, is still their own color; Moreover, these building materials have different styles in the touch: the rough loess is rustic, the heavy wood and stone give people a stable rely on, and various or delicate or flexible plants add a bit of flexibility, creating a peaceful atmosphere. On the soft installation, Huang Huang carefully selected a number of antique furniture from well-known brands at home and abroad, for each room of the Chinese style into the aesthetic taste of the sea. The botanic aromatherapy and premium essential oils made of holy wood, sage and verbena in the room also heal the soul of each traveler with a soothing aroma.
