Efficient intelligent AI software new upgrade:
DeepVision3
OPT’s first product release was DeepVision3 software, delivered by Dr. Gao Hongchao, head of Deep Learning research and development. The newly upgraded DeepVision3 breaks through the limitations of traditional AI projects such as long implementation cycle, high threshold, high cost and poor versatility, and realizes key technological innovation in three dimensions of efficiency, flexibility and ease of use.

In terms of efficiency, DeepVision3 is based on small sample learning, and through image amplification and algorithm enhancement, the degree of image dependence can be reduced by 90%, the depth image generation speed can be increased by more than 3 times, and the training cycle can be shortened to 30 minutes. At the same time, through the lightweight of the model, the classification and detection tasks are accelerated by more than 20 times under the premise of ensuring accuracy.

In the flexible dimension, DeepVision3 has developed a general detection model for 3C and lithium batteries. Similar processes can realize one-click conversion, highly fit the factory mode, and support functions such as multi-person collaboration and multi-process analysis. In addition, DeepVision3 includes 8 task types and 15 core functions, making labeling and segmentation more intelligent and efficient and easy to operate.

Based on the development experience of intelligent code readers and 3D sensors, OPT has launched six new series of photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, raster sensors, security sensors, logistics code readers, and special sensors.

The new products launched at this conference, the chip used has strong anti-interference ability, and based on deep optical design heritage, to achieve ultra-high accuracy.
