Recently, the China Expert Committee of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Intelligent Manufacturing Systems Committee (hereinafter referred to as the China Expert Committee) 2023 annual meeting was held in Nanjing. With the theme of “International Standardization leads the new development of intelligent Manufacturing”, this meeting aims to implement the “14th Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing Development”, further gather new demands for intelligent manufacturing, continue to promote coordinated development at home and abroad, and explore the objectives and implementation paths of international standardization tasks.
This meeting attracted a total of more than 120 representatives from different fields of intelligent manufacturing at home and abroad to participate in the meeting by the machinery industry Instrumentation comprehensive Technical and economic Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Institute), China Expert Committee deputy chairman and Secretary-General Ouyang Jinsong presided over.
Guo Chenguang, deputy director of the Standard Innovation Management Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, fully affirmed the important supporting role played by the Chinese Expert Committee on the international standardization of intelligent manufacturing in China in his speech, and put forward three suggestions: First, play a good coordinating role, improve the mechanism to lay a good foundation; Second, make good use of expert resources to send more Chinese solutions to the international community; The third is to drive the development of domestic industries, absorb more small, medium and micro enterprises to participate in the international standardization of intelligent manufacturing, and promote the international standardization of intelligent manufacturing in China to a more systematic, more scientific and more coordinated new stage.
Wang Hong, deputy director of the first Department of equipment Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that under the joint role of policy support and guidance and technology industry development, the international standardization of intelligent manufacturing in China has achieved remarkable results, and the overall level has been rapidly improved. It is hoped that the Chinese Expert Committee will coordinate all resources and strengthen the overall layout of international standards. Focus on key technology areas and systematically promote international standardization; Deepen mutually beneficial cooperation on standards, promote coordinated development at home and abroad, and build an effective platform for all parties to synergize practical cooperation in science, technology and industry.
The Roadmap for International Standardization of Intelligent Manufacturing was released during the meeting. By analyzing the development trend of intelligent manufacturing technology, national policies and standardization status quo at home and abroad, the road map puts forward the concept of international standardization road map, and combines the research of international standardization road map of typical industries such as steel, automobile, high-tech ship, etc., to form the goal, time node and promotion path of internationalization stage of intelligent manufacturing standards. It provides an important reference for the international standardization of intelligent manufacturing in China.
In 2021, the State Administration for Market Regulation approved the establishment of the IEC Intelligent Manufacturing Systems Committee China Expert Committee, which is responsible for participating in the top-level design of international standardization of intelligent manufacturing, tracking and forward-looking research on the development of intelligent manufacturing technology at home and abroad, coordinating domestic standardization resources, and guiding the relevant technical committees of intelligent manufacturing to participate in the formulation of international standards.
