On December 18, the MPM process system project launch conference of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Hongda Textile Machinery Co., LTD., implemented by Kaimu Software, was successfully held. The meeting marked the official launch of Qingdao Hongda process information management system.
With the deepening of the business of process technology, the demand for process information integration has further increased, and the Group has higher requirements for the process management of its subordinate enterprises. As a pilot unit of Jingwei, Qingdao Hongda works with Kaimu Software to open a new chapter of process information management. The project was officially launched on July 25, aiming to realize the informatization and standardization of process technology management by establishing a structured process platform.
In the process of project implementation, the project implementation team of Kaimu Software and enterprise technology center jointly conducted the main line business of process technology, such as process BOM management, structured process, process design, tooling design and management, process quota management, equipment management, change management, process resources and knowledge management, process document and drawing document management, and workflow management. As well as process and quality management, supplier management, system integration management, data migration and other inter-departmental collaborative business pain points and needs were fully discussed and analyzed, forming a project plan of more than 40,000 words. On the basis of this scheme, the direction of system implementation and software development requirements are defined, which lays a solid foundation for the smooth implementation and launch of the project. Before the launch, the technical personnel at all levels of the enterprise and relevant departments completed the functional testing of 22 system modules, and proposed 168 questions to discuss and verify one by one, and finally realized the scientific and reliability of the main function of the system.
After the project is launched, six system objectives will be achieved:
01 Design process collaborative management
Connect process personnel with upstream design data flow and information flow to receive design change data, ensure data consistency, and eliminate additional work due to business barriers.
02 Structured process design management
To realize typical process reuse, process data structure, refinement, visualization and integration. Realize the integration and transition of two/three dimensional processes, improve the level of process design and process design innovation. Process design data can be output on demand, reducing the difficulty of process information being produced and waiting.
03 Process resource management
The establishment of enterprise knowledge management platform solidifies process knowledge and experience, and realizes the rapid reuse of knowledge and resources. Implement online control of tooling, equipment and supplier resources to improve the efficiency and quality of process preparation.
04 Professional management of the process
Based on the design data, PBOM planning, MBOM planning, process planning, process division and material quota preparation are realized, and process task assignment is carried out to avoid multi-platform switching in process design process.
05 Change Management
Establish a sound change management and approval process, have the change impact scope analysis, achieve the timeliness and accuracy of the whole business change, and establish the process technology status management and specifications.
06 System Integration
Through system integration, data flow and information flow between research and development and manufacturing can be improved to improve the timeliness and accuracy of data transmission; To realize barrier-free, no-cross, no-stagnation information exchange and sharing from process – manufacturing – management. Realize enterprise historical data reuse.
