MVME131 The new RA8T1 product group MCUS are powered by Renesas Flexible Configuration Package (FSP). FSP speeds up application development by bringing all the infrastructure software needed, including multiple RTOS, BSPS, peripheral drivers, middleware, connectivity, networking, and security stacks, as well as reference software for building complex AI, motor control, and cloud solutions. It allows customers to integrate their own existing code and selected RTOS with the FSP, creating full flexibility for application development. With FSP, it is easy to migrate existing designs to the new RA8 family.

MVME131 The RA8T1 product group MCU and FSP software are now available. The new MCU is powered by Renesas’ Flexible Motor Control development kit and Renesas Motor Workbench development tool. The former makes it easy to evaluate motor controls using permanent magnet synchronous motors (brushless DC motors) and has built a common design platform covering the numerous motor control MCUS of Renesas RA and RX product families, enabling IP migration across multiple products.
