From July 1, 2023, Innomotics will operate in Germany as a legally independent wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens AG. The global spin-off is proceeding in an orderly manner and will be substantially completed by October 1, 2023
Innomotics’ management team will consist of Chief CI502-PNIO Executive Officer Michael Reichle, Chief Financial Officer Christoph Salentin and Chief Technology Officer Hermann Kleinod
Innomotics, the industry’s leading electric motor and large transmission company, is about to launch. Siemens is integrating its related businesses in low to high voltage motors, gear motors, medium voltage converters and motorized spindles into the company. Its business portfolio includes innovative solutions, a digital product portfolio, and a broad services business. The business was previously part of Siemens Large Drive Applications, Siemens Digital Industries, and Siemens’ legally independent Sykatec and Weiss Spindeltechnologie companies.
From July 1, 2023, Innomotics will operate as a legally independent company in Germany, with its headquarters in Nuremberg. The spin-off of the related business in Germany will take effect on the same date. The management team includes Michael Reichle (CEO), Chief Financial Officer Christoph Salentin (CFO) and Chief Technology Officer Hermann Kleinod (CTO). The global spin-off is scheduled to be substantially completed by the start of the new fiscal year on October 1, 2023.
