Honeywell recently announced the establishment of the “Honeywell Low Carbon Smart Building Research Institute” in Shanghai, and held a launch ceremony. Energy conservation and emission reduction in the field of construction are urgent. According to a report released by the United Nations Environment Programme at the 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference, the buildings and construction sector will account for more than 34% of global energy demand in 2021.
