Both projects are Marine equipment integrating LNG storage tank and gas tank connection space (” TCS “for short), which requires high customization requirements in terms of product vacuum design, product weight and integrated system design. In the Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games, the lighting of the “big snowflake” amazed the world, from “fire” to “light fire”, this is the first hydrogen fuel torch in the history of the Olympic Games, and the high-pressure hydrogen storage and supply system matching the torch is also developed and manufactured by Tianhai Industry.

In fact, since the development of hydrogen buses in China, each vehicle factory mainly uses 35MPa type III bottles as hydrogen supply units, and 70MPa type III bottles have not been carried on highway buses and public buses, thus greatly limiting the driving distance of commercial vehicles, thus hindering the development speed of hydrogen commercial vehicles. This time, Tianhai Industry broke through the multi-channel technical difficulties, and the 70MPa type III bottle designed and produced by itself was put on the market, which is of great significance for the development of hydrogen energy commercial vehicles, and promoted hydrogen fuel commercial vehicles to enter the era of long-distance operation.
In addition, in order to speed up the breakthrough of the “stuck neck” technology of the plastic inner liner carbon fiber fully wrapped composite gas cylinder (hereinafter referred to as: Type IV bottle), Tianhai Industry continues to improve the scientific and technological innovation mechanism and enhance the ability of independent innovation. Since 2016, after more than three years of independent innovation and research and development, we have mastered the core technology of IV bottle, applied for a number of invention patents and utility model patents, and become one of the first enterprises to obtain the manufacturing license of IV bottle in China. At present, Tianhai Industry has built a flexible IV bottle production line, IV bottle key technology breakthrough, will effectively promote the sustainable development of China’s hydrogen industry.
