TKH Group NV (hereinafter referred to as “TKH Group”), the parent company of LMI Technologies, officially announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire wholly the shares of Euresys Group (hereinafter referred to as “Euresys”). With the acquisition of Euresys, TKH Group will further expand its product range in the machine vision industry.

Euresys has a global presence, with 50% of its employees in the R&D department.
