After several struggles, he decided to let employees in high-epidemic areas such as Hubei temporarily stay at home until the company notified them to return to work, and counted the employees in other areas who were little affected by the epidemic and were willing to return to Hangzhou (back to the company) to return to work. Then, he reached a closure agreement with a local hotel, and the employees returned to Hangzhou first went to the hotel designated by the company, each of them was isolated for 14 days, and the company arranged private personnel to deliver meals. If there is no problem in isolation for 14 days, the employees will be picked up by special car to return to the company and resume work.

According to Ge Zhiwen’s plan, some employees have returned to Hangzhou for self-quarantine in the hotel since February 5, and some employees can return to work successively on February 20, but he admitted that only about 100 employees will return to Hangzhou (back to the company) before the complete end of the epidemic.
