Flexform™ is a high-pressure hydroforming process known as flexible forming because it uses a flexible rubber diaphragm between the pressure medium and the formed sheet. Its mold cost is low, delivery time is short, is mainly used in small batch production and prototype production. This innovative technology not only solves the pressure medium sealing problem in traditional hydraulic forming, but also makes it easy to form plates with holes.
Quintus Flexform™ Hydroforming equipment requires only one and a half die to complete the forming process, with a flexible rubber diaphragm driven by hydraulic pressure on the top.
