Measure liquid level and limit
The cleaning of process technology equipment used in the pharmaceutical industry is carried out within the framework of a proven “Clean in place (CIP)” process, which ensures that production containers are kept sterile. Here, a sodium hydroxide solution or concentrated acid is usually used as a cleaning agent, which is stored in the storage tank of the on-site cleaning equipment and diluted in the production container. The storage of cleaning agents can be optimized through liquid level measurement. Overflow and dry operation can be reliably prevented by measuring limits.
Measure the material level and limit in the capsule filling machine
Empty raw material capsules and pharmaceutical active ingredient particles are generally stored above the filling machine. To ensure a continuous supply of raw materials, it is necessary to measure material levels reliably. The raw capsules are only lightly glued together and can be easily separated by vacuum, allowing the upper part to separate from the lower part. The pellets are then poured into the lower part of the capsule. The finished capsule filled with the drug is then transported through a hose system to a collection container. It is necessary to measure the limit here to prevent overflow.
In the production of enzymes, proteins and antibodies
Perform level measurement and pressure measurement
YHC5150X-01 Drugs often require cells or microbes, which are grown in bioreactors. The highest hygiene requirements need to be met and the containers must be optimally cleaned. Because even the slightest contamination with other organic matter can cause the wrong reaction to occur. Most of the processes referred to here are so-called flow-add culture processes, in which the reactor is completely filled at one time and emptied again after a reaction or growth period. To obtain a high-value end product, the pressure and level in the reactor must be continuously monitored throughout the process
