During the two-day seminar, representatives from Siemens Intelligent Infrastructure Group and Digital Industry Group, PowerChina Guizhou Engineering Co., LTD., China Tianchen Engineering Co., LTD., a subsidiary of China Chemical Engineering Group, CITIC Construction Co., LTD., a subsidiary of CITIC Group, and Shanghai Electrical Equipment Research Institute made speeches successively. Discussions were held on topics such as “Expanding investment opportunities in a changing environment”, “Characteristics and transformation needs of the Middle East Energy market”, “Opportunities for investment, trade and infrastructure cooperation in the energy sector”, and “Challenges and prospects of Chinese enterprises going overseas to the Middle East”. The head of Siemens China and the Middle East gave a speech on how to support Chinese enterprises to better conduct business in the Middle East, and looked forward to the future cooperation prospects.

EL3020 Delegates also visited the Siemens Experience Center in Dubai and the Siemens Electrical & Automation Customer Center, which showcased Siemens’ rich portfolio of digital, low-carbon products, technologies and solutions from smart infrastructure to digital industry.
Among them, intelligent and low-carbon power distribution solutions in the field of electrical and automation attracted the attention of representatives, such as blue GIS environmental protection gas insulated switchgear, intelligent power distribution software series NXpower – its own digital technology platform for future energy systems, etc. These products, combined with Siemens’ data models accumulated over the years in the power field and self-developed predictive algorithm technology, will further optimize the intelligent level of power distribution in the enabling industry.
Siemens plans to continue to use the global R&D, production, sales and after-sales service system to empower Chinese enterprises to sail far and help Chinese enterprises go global.
