Clamping force 7500T “industrial giant”
This integrated die casting machine with a clamping force of up to 7,500 tons is a vivid practice of CITIC Decca’s core technology and breakthroughs in the field of scientific and technological innovation. From the point of view of the main equipment alone, it is 22 meters long, 8 meters wide, 6.5 meters high, weighing 550 tons, and covers an area close to two basketball courts, which can be said to be an unassailable “industrial giant”.

The equipment has reached the international leading level in 22 technical applications such as double closed-loop injection control system. With the intelligent closed-loop tuning system and ultra-high integrated mold structure, the product group processing can be quickly switched without waiting, and a product can be completed in an average of 120 seconds.
China FAW’s first integrated die-cast steel and aluminum hybrid frame technology in the industry has completed trial production on the equipment, realized the highly integrated design of 98 auto parts, and completed the production and processing at one time, opening up a new product direction for the integration field.
