1The OMC system facilitates intelligent autonomous operation
In the East River oil and gas production management Area project, the central control technology has carried out a comprehensive intelligent transformation for three sets of devices, including Harbin Liulian, Donghe and Repu. By playing a number of functions such as OMC system loop monitoring, intelligent setting, alarm management, etc., the automation level and operation efficiency of the device have been significantly improved, and the enterprise has been upgraded from traditional automation to intelligent autonomous operation. It provides a solid support for the production and operation of Donghe oil and gas production management area.
The OMC system comprehensively monitors, evaluates, diagnoses and optimizes the PID control loop of the three sets of devices of Harbin Liulian, Donghe and Repu, calculates and centrally displays the key data such as the self-control rate and control stability rate in real time, and generates the performance evaluation report of the daily, weekly and monthly dimensions of the control loop, which helps the technician to quickly and accurately locate the performance defects of the control loop. For the control loop with poor operating performance, the identification algorithm is used to accurately obtain the process model of the PID control loop, and the parameters of the PID controller are optimized and calculated through the internal model control algorithm, and the engineers are assisted to optimize the parameters interactively, so as to optimize the control performance of the PID control loop, reduce the threshold of the control loop operation and maintenance, and significantly improve the daily operation and maintenance efficiency.
