On June 26-27, Siemens Energy’s Global Customer Experience Day was held in Berlin, Germany. With the theme “Working Together for Steady Progress – Building a Safe, reliable, economical and sustainable Energy System”, hundreds of customers from more than 40 countries and regions around the world participated in a series of activities held during the Experience Day.

During the event, customer and partner representatives visited facilities such as the Siemens Energy Gas Turbine plant, the hydrogen production plant, the Berlin Innovation Center and the Clean Energy Center to experience first-hand the production and application of cutting-edge energy technologies. And with Siemens Energy experts around renewable energy development, hydrogen energy solutions, zero emission energy transmission, carbon capture, utilization and storage, large-scale industrial heat pumps, fluorine free technology and other topics for in-depth dialogue and discussion.

German Vice Chancellor and Minister of Economy and Climate Protection Robert Habeck attended the Customer Experience Day, held a panel discussion with customer representatives on building resilient energy systems, and opened Siemens Energy’s new vacuum circuit breaker plant with Christian Bruch, Global President and CEO of Siemens Energy.
The Customer Experience Day not only provides a platform to learn more about Siemens energy technologies and solutions, but also promotes exchanges and cooperation among customers around the world. Customers from China said that the event made them deeply feel Siemens Energy’s leading position and innovation ability in the field of energy transformation, and also saw the broad prospects of future cooperation between the two sides. They said that they will continue to deepen cooperation with Siemens Energy to jointly promote the development of the global energy transformation cause.
