The engine technology represented by geometric modeling kernel and geometric constraint solver is the core component of industrial software, which provides powerful computing power and data processing power for software, and determines the upper limit of software efficiency and reliability. At the press conference, Zhongwang officially released the independent 3D geometric modeling core engine Overdrive, and the geometric constraint solving engine ZGS and parametric conversion engine IPX jointly developed by Guangdong Industrial Software Innovation Center, further strengthening the safety base of China’s industrial software. Among them, Overdrive, as one of the world’s seven largest 3D modeling engines and one of the few industrial-grade core engines in China, has been fully verified and applied in 3C, machinery, molds, ships, optical components and other fields after 35 years of commercial verification. Hudong Zhonghua, Changchun Optical Machinery Institute and other enterprises have successfully developed independent, innovative and advanced professional software products with Overdrive, leading the development of the industry.
