Rockwell Automation has announced that the integrated module of its Kinetix 6200/6500 series, model 2094-BC01-M01-M, will end its life cycle and cease production on December 31, 2025. The module is an integrated power supply module (IAM) with 460V AC three-phase input and a 6kW converter as well as a 9A inverter section. It is designed to be compatible with Kinetix 6000 servo drives, allowing for easy migration when necessary. In addition, the module has embedded security features, including a security speed monitor, which eliminates the need for additional panel space and external security monitor wiring.
The integrated shaft module of the Kinetix 6000 series, Model 2094-BC01-M01-S, has also been discontinued and is no longer for sale on December 31, 2023. This shaft module is part of Rockwell Automation’s high-performance motion control drives that can be used to control the motion of multiple axes, such as robots and automated production lines. It has the characteristics of high speed, high precision and high reliability, and can be used with a variety of controllers and programming software to achieve complex motion control tasks.
