National Instruments announced the introduction of the new PCI-5122 High-Resolution oscilloscope device, a high-performance tool designed for time and frequency domain applications that require high resolution and low noise measurements. With an analog bandwidth of 100 MHz and a sampling rate of 100 MS/s, the PCI-5122 oscilloscope has a vertical resolution of 14 bits and a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of more than 75 dBc, ensuring high fidelity and accuracy during signal acquisition.
The device contains two channels that provide flexible coupling, impedance, voltage range, and filter setting options. The PCI-5122 oscilloscope also features multiple trigger modes, high capacity onboard memory, and an instrument driver with data streaming and analysis capabilities, making it ideal for a variety of applications such as communications, scientific/medical research, military/aerospace, and consumer electronics.
The software-programmable features of the PCI-5122 oscilloscope, including input impedance and multiple input ranges, combined with its powerful trigger function and advanced data acquisition capabilities, provide users with superior performance and flexibility in a variety of test and measurement tasks. In addition, the device includes the NI Spectral Measurements Toolkit, which provides additional complex frequency-domain measurement capabilities such as power spectrum, peak power and frequency, in-band power, adjacent channel power, and 3D spectrogram analysis tools.
National Instruments also provides comprehensive software support, including NI-SCOPE driver software, compatible with packages such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or Measurement Studio. Ensure that users can easily integrate and extend the functionality of the PCI-5122 oscilloscope to meet specific test needs.
