Babcock & Wilcox (B&W) announced the introduction of the SQ-300I 8700700-006, the latest addition to its SQ-300® product line, a hybrid automatic voltage control (AVC) device. The device not only inherits the reliable technology of the SQ-300 series, but also introduces an innovative hybrid design capable of controlling traditional single-phase transformer rectifier (T/R) sets as well as three-phase T/R sets with low ESP voltage ripple.
The SQ-300I 8700700-006 has significant product features, including a single component solution to three-phase low ripple and single-phase power supply problems, high reliability and low cost, reduced control size and complexity, simplified structural design, reduced spare parts inventory requirements, dual function as an upgrade component, and automatic line voltage and control voltage detection.
This microcontroller plays a key role in the dust collector control system, which can control the power supply to the T/R equipment in real time, analyze the alarm, and interface with the computer data acquisition software to achieve efficient and intelligent control. It is also widely used in power, industry and energy fields, based on mature technology design, showing high stability and reliability, and can adapt to high temperature, high humidity, vibration and other harsh environments.
The introduction of the SQ-300I 8700700-006 not only reflects B&W’s continuous innovation in the field of automatic voltage control technology, but also provides users with an efficient, flexible and economical solution to meet the needs of different industrial applications.
