Title: National Instruments releases new PXI-2535 Matrix switch module to improve test system performance
Body text:
National Instruments (NI) today announced the introduction of the new PXI-2535 matrix switch module, further expanding its product line in the field of test and measurement. The PXI-2535 is a high-density 4×136 PXI matrix switching module designed for mass-produced devices such as semiconductor chips and printed circuit boards that require low-power DC signals to be routed in verification test systems.
Using field-effect transistor (FET) relay technology, the module offers virtually unlimited mechanical life and switching speeds of up to 50,000 crosspoint/SEC, ensuring reliability and durability in high-speed test environments. The PXI-2535 also has an onboard relay counting function that enables deterministic operation via hardware triggers to improve test throughput.
The main features of the PXI-2535 module include:
544 crosspoint, 1-wire PXI matrix switch module.
The scanning rate reaches 50,000 cycles/SEC, meeting the requirements of high-speed data acquisition.
Provides up to 1MHz switching bandwidth for high frequency signal switching.
The maximum DC switching current is 100mA, and the maximum DC switching voltage is 12V, which meets various test requirements.
The introduction of this new matrix switch module is expected to play an important role in improving the flexibility, reliability and efficiency of the test system. The high performance and reliability of the PXI-2535 module make it ideal for semiconductor testing, electronic device verification, automated testing and data acquisition.
