National Instruments (NI) today announced the introduction of a new embedded controller, the SBRIO-9607, a high-performance, scalable embedded controller designed to meet the demands of demanding industrial applications. Using a Xilinx Zynq-7020 FPGA and a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor, the SBRIO-9607 provides powerful processing power and flexible I/O configuration for a variety of applications, including machine control, test and measurement, data acquisition, image processing and motion control.
The SBRIO-9607 features a high-performance processor, rich I/O interfaces, scalability, ease of use, and real-time performance. It supports a variety of I/O modules and can extend a variety of functions to meet different application requirements. In addition, SBRIO-9607 provides support for several programming languages such as LabVIEW and C/C++ to facilitate user development of applications. The module is also highly reliable, capable of stable operation in the operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, and IP66 protection is suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.
The introduction of SBRIO-9607 further enriches NI’s product line in industrial automation and is expected to play an important role in enhancing the data processing capabilities of industrial systems, further consolidating NI’s leadership position in industrial automation.
