GE, the world’s leading industrial technology company, recently announced that its new industrial control module IS200TBCIS2CCD is officially available. The module was designed for GE’s PACSystems™RX3i control system to provide powerful control capabilities for industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing.
The IS200TBCIS2CCD module is powered by an NXP®Cortex™-A9 dual-core processor up to 1 GHz with 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM and 4 GB eMMC storage, ensuring fast data processing and efficient task execution. The module offers 16 digital inputs/outputs and 4 analog inputs/outputs, as well as 2 residential ports and 1 RS-232/485 serial port, and supports a variety of industrial communication protocols such as Profibus DP, CANopen and Modbus TCP/IP, making it easy to integrate into existing industrial control systems.
The module has been designed with the rigors of industrial environments in mind, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, humidity of 5% to 95% (non-condensing) and protection rating of IP67, ensuring stable operation in a wide range of environments. The IS200TBCIS2CCD measures 120 x 80 x 30 mm and weighs just 0.25 kg, making it easy to install and integrate.
The IS200TBCIS2CCD module supports several programming languages, including IEC 61131-3, C/C++, and structured text, making programming simple and easy to use. In addition, the module supports extensions to add more I/O points, communication interfaces, and other features to meet changing application requirements.
