The 95DSS2-1 is an all-in-one flame detector from Fireye, model S2, with the following detailed features and parameters:
Sensor type: This model has infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) dual sensors, can detect a variety of fuel mixed burning conditions, suitable for coal, oil and gas and other different fuel combustion process.
Shell material: Cast aluminum, coated with grey polyester powder, NEMA 4X, IP66, suitable for Class I Division 2, Groups A, B, C & D and Class II Division 2, Groups F & G environments.
Size and weight: Please refer to the product manual for specific sizes, the weight of the non-” CG” model is about 1.96 kg, and the weight of the “CG” model (including cable) is about 2.69 kg.
Installation requirements: A mounting flange with two threaded connections is required, which can be ordered separately. If used in optical fiber installation conditions, refer to file CU-101.

Input power supply: 24 Vdc, supply current is about 0.35 A.
Electrical connections: 12-pin right Angle rotary quick release connector, “CG” model with stuffing box and 10 ft (3 m) long cable.
Relay outputs: Flame relays (SPST, N.O.) and fault relays (SPST, N.C.) with contact capacities ranging from 10 mA @ 5 Vdc to 2 A @ 240 Vac.
Analog output: 4-20 mA DC current, 24Vdc common end, maximum connection load 750 ohms.
Status indicator: 8-digit alphanumeric LED display, scrollable.
Operator interface: Operation via 4 push-button keypads.
Cable specification: 12-core cable, foil wrapped full braided shield, maximum cable length of 1000 feet (about 305 meters).
Certification: The product is TUV certified, according to DIN EN61511-1, flame detector as a separate device, safety instrument function (SIF) level SIL2.
Application: Suitable for the detection of the target flame under single burner or multi-burner conditions, it can perfectly replace the Fireye 45FS1 and 45UVFS1 series probes, as well as the 45RM4 series probes.
