Incoming from the signal conditioning chip
As an enterprise specializing in high-performance, high-reliability analog and mixed-signal chips, Nano Micro focus sensor, signal chain, power management three directions, to provide a wealth of semiconductor products and solutions for pan-energy, automotive electronics, consumer electronics fields. Reviewing the innovation process of Nano Micro in the field of industrial control, Zhang Fangwen introduced: “Nano Micro was founded in 2013, the second year of the establishment of the first pressure sensor signal conditioning chip, used for field equipment sensing in the field of industrial control. At that time, only a few international manufacturers had similar products, Nano Micro was the first to realize the domestic production of this kind of product, and the market share continued to rise, and still maintains a high level.”
In Zhang’s opinion, from early consumer chips to pressure sensor products, and then to the eruption of the pan-energy market in the last two years, their core devices have certain similarities in topology and function. In the process of development, Nano Micro always focuses on the product logic of “first stronger, then bigger” to expand business and layout in emerging fields. In particular, the fist products in the subdivision field, at least do not consider around the product, technology extension to the surrounding. Based on the mature experience of industrial control circuit, Nano Micro combined with the differentiated needs of different market segments, deepen and upgrade the original technical route, can provide more than 1400 product models that meet the market demand, and win a good market reputation.
Multi-industry racetracks work together
In addition to continuously digging into the field instrument, PLC/DCS controller, industrial robot, magnetic sensor, pressure sensor, digital isolator and other specific applications in the field of industrial automation and digital power supply, Nanochip Micro has continued to increase investment in automotive electronics and photovoltaic energy storage in recent years, to further open up the incremental space of the market.
“The development of the intelligent vehicle industry is closely related to analog chips and is the main factor driving the growth of the analog chip market demand. In the face of the trend of electrification and intellectualization of automobile applications, Nano Micro focuses on the overall layout of automotive electronic applications, and its products cover the on-board charging system (OBC), high voltage to low voltage (DC/DC), power distribution unit (PDU), battery management system and thermal management system of new energy vehicles. And gradually expand to the main drive inverter, automotive lighting, intelligent cabin, vehicle domain control and other new applications. At present, the vehicle gauge level chips have been installed in batches in a large number of mainstream vehicle manufacturers/automotive tier 1 suppliers, and the scale of delivery in the automotive sector will exceed 100 million chips in 2022.” When it comes to the layout of automotive electronic product line, Zhang Fangwen spoke eloquently.
